How to import LayerSliders?

LayerSliders Not Showing up. Here's how you can do import them.

1. Go to your WP Dashboard -> LayerSlider -> All Sliders.
2. You'll see Two boxes, Import and Export.
3. Download this zip File. [ layerslider.txt.zip]
4. Extract the file and you'll get a file: layerslider.txt
5. Open the file in any Text editor.
6. Copy and Paste everything inside the file into your Import Box.


If You have imported all the sample data. You should get all the LayerSliders.

In case you do not, please post your issues below or create a new thread.

I imported all the sample data as per your instructions in the video, but on certain pages I see text that says the layer slider is missing? I tried a fresh install and imported data again still no sliders. Am I doing something wrong? I will try the above to get the sliders, but don't want to proceed if I am doing something incorrectly.

After import make sure layer slider ID's are correct in the page templates.

Layer Slider has its own Import/Export system which is different from WP Native Import Export which is why you're facing these issues.
We're working to create a single integrated Import/Export demo system in place.

The Page templates are in the Page Builder.
Here's How you can create a page:

1. Create a New Page.
2. Select "No-Slider" Template Layout
3. Scroll down to Page Builder Meta Box.
4. Click on Sample Layouts.
5. Drag and Drop the Home Page Templates into the Page Builder area.

Click save and publish the page.

When you delete a Layerslider the id would not reset as this is a Mysql limitation. To change the ID, edit the page and scroll down to page builder. Open the first FullWidth content box "Layerslider" and click on list icon to edit the green colored content element. A WP Editor window will open where you can edit the LayerSlider id and add content/shortcodes in that location.

I have tried to import the slides with no avail. I have also tried to manually create a new slide and I got the following error:

What am I doing wrong?

Can you share your site url. This might be the issue with layer slider.
